How long will my order take to process?
While we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, often within 24 hours, please allow 2-3 days during peak order times.
What payment types are accepted?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Affirm.
When can I expect delivery?
Orders placed on Friday after 3 pm EST will be shipped the following Monday.
Orders placed before 1 pm EST will typically ship out the same business day. Any orders placed after 1 pm EST will be shipped the following business day.
Each order is subject to product availability.
Customer service will reach out via email in the event that item(s) are unavailable. Once packages have shipped, you'll receive an automated email with tracking information.
Please note that we don't process or ship orders over the weekends or holidays. Free shipping for orders over $200 applies to domestic ground shipping only.
Do you ship internationally?
At the time being, we only ship within the United States.
How do I make a return?
To initiate a return within 14 days of the delivery date, please email support@indiablakedesigns.com.
